This feature makes a lot of sense, and we’ve recently added it to allow our clients to add users to their accounts.

If the contract is simply sent by email, the “signature” is legally weak and the act of signing can easily be accomplished by anybody having access to the email inbox. We’re a team of pleasant French-speaking geeks and a lawyer from Canada. We’ve developed a cool and legal way to sign your contracts and your documents online. Instead of mimicking the hand-written signature with a mouse, we’ve ditched the mouse signing handwriting simulation and replaced it by a simple, brilliant and legal process!
We got together because we thought that in 2011, there should be a more intelligent and pleasant way to sign documents, contracts and NDAs and any legal document you can think of instead of having to scan, fax and print it!
