Having larger companies through our customers, we’ve been often asked for the ability to have sub-accounts. The account owners want to be able to add, activate and deactivate access to users and members, who can sign documents on behalf of the organisation that owns the main Signsquid account. The added account users can use the Signsquid electronic signature and have access to their own documents only.

Signsquid is the only solution that offers a two-factor authentication process: one by email and the other by phone. The goal, of course, being to ensure the legality of every document and contract signed by Signsquid.
If the contract is simply sent by email, the “signature” is legally weak and the act of signing can easily be accomplished by anybody having access to the email inbox.
